Hot chocolate

Hey guys just wondering if I can use Bournville cocoa to make a hot chocolate with my HExA allowance of 250ml milk? Am I right to work it out as being 3 syns (1 syn for cocoa and 2 syns for 2tsp sugar? Or are we only allowed the lighter stuff like options etc to make hot chocolate. Thanks.;)
 
I do this as I can't have artificial sweetener. Have been known to use agave syrup instead of sugar as it's only 1/2 syn per teaspoon as far as I know (but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). And I believe a small splash of vanilla extract is free. :D
