one more week on lipotrim (for now!) then refeeding for a week for a week in tenerife with my OH :)

want to enjoy my holiday but to be careful what i'm eating, don't want to make TOO much damage! whats the best things i can eat? what should i avoid? i was thinking to eat jacket potatoes instead of chips, pasta, etc because they are low fat... but then they're high in carbs?

whats more important? low-fat or low carbs? any advice please :D :D :D

I would try to find a balance between the fat and the carbs, and try to take in complex carbs instead of the simple starchy ones. You will want to enjoy yourself, I suggest just trying to eat in moderation and stop eating before you get too full. :)

When I go to Portugal I stick to lean meat/chicken and salads. I drink loads of water there too but dont limit my alcohol as much as I should perhaps! The most I gained on hols was 3.5lb whereas at home eating 'healthily' my weight varies much more... I usually have a 10lb range..... Its one of the reason I want to get to a lower weight this LT journey!

Hi,
Look in the refeed section for some good ideas. You need to stick to the refeed guidelines for the first week you come off.
After that it is upto you. Try and stick to high protein meals such as chicken and veg/salad. If you do want carbs- think brown! Brown bread and rice etc. Things like pitta bread is also good :)
