Forever Struggling! New to SW

Hi, A good friend has recently lost quite a bit of weight on SW and reccomended it. I have yo-yo-d and struggled to maintain weight loss for the last 2 years. I only want to loose about a stone, but don't want to be constantly stressing about every thing I eat and reckon food optimising must be the way forward! Any help and tips would be greatly appreciated as my husband is sick of me moaning!! xx

Ive been doing this for 1 month started in may lost a stone already, and when im done i feel confident i can stick to this to maintain
 
welcome to sw and food optimising. it really is the way forward as you never have to feel hungry which is great as every other diet i have done has left me hungry. i started 3 weeks ago and have lost 9.5lbs already.
