Hey,
What about getting some boxes of chicken bites from Iceland if you have one near you? We always have some in the freezer on standby. The 'Party' range have a box of 20 tikka flavoured ones (2 syns on EE for the box) and I'm sure they have some bbq ones which I think are about 2 1/2 syns for the box. We had a picnic a few weeks back and cooked some of these and left them to go cold, were yummy. I also made a fritata, a huge fruit salad, cous cous and some sw roasties among other things.
