Prezzo, Ask or Pizza Express!!

Am out for dinner tonight and wonder if anyone can help me with which is best?

I can choose from any of the above and am following the Green Plan.

Havent had any sins today (and plan not to) and wont have used any B HE.

I would go for Prezzo as they do good salads and pasta dishes. If you aren't sure what's in them just ask, and if there are things you can't have ask for them to be omitted or put on the side. Check LifelineOnline as they are good for brand products and you might be able to pick something in advance, forewarned is forearmed
