Well after 1 week I am 4lbs lighter....i should be happy but I'm not cos 4 days ago i was 6lbs lighter then it all stalled on friday when i ate a caramel square and put 1lb on both days after and i was back on track too so tomorrow I am back to weighing things...cutting out cream...being really strict...anything to get back the early days ie. 1-2lbs lose per day! Feel like cheating boohoo lol xx
