Day one!

Hi all day one for me, food so far, two chicken thighs , green salad, cheese and mush 3 egg omelette. Turkey stir fry for tea and sugarfree jelly. Does this sound ok so far? Cheers all
 
Yes sounds very good, but Leanne is spot on, try and use your three mugs a day of green leafy stuff - will help you lose quicker, is good for you nutrient wise and helps with (errrmmm) digestion issues :)

And water, water, water :)
