Hi Ladies... Does anybody know what the syn value is for the dolmio sauce?

If you take a look at the calories it will be one syn for every 20 calories - or try doing a search on this forum as I think it has come up before

It all depends on the size of the serving/jar. Also depends on whether or not it is the original bolognese, or others such as "Extra Onion & Garlic Bolognese Sauce"

As Circes said, you can work out the syn value using 1 syn to every 20 calories - although I must add Dolmio are usually very high in syns due to the amount of oil, etc they contain.
