Week 5 started yesterday and I'm really hoping that it's going to be much easier than week 4 was.

Although I did manage to stick to Lipotrim 100% I felt dreadful and then to top it all off only lost 2lbs that week!

I do seem to have got a second wind today but think I'm going to cut down from 8 weeks to 6 weeks and then start the re-feed - partly because I want to feel some heat over the summer and partly because I'm running a summer youth camp and am concerned being on Lipotrim might not appear to be setting a good example to impressionable teenagers!

I am almost inside the 'healthy' BMI range so if I could get there before I start to re-feed I guess it will have been made worth it! Then just got to decide best plan to shift the rest that I want to lose.

Mantra for the week is going to be to stay positive! And cross my fingers I don't feel as dis-heartened or sick this week...

It seems you lost 16 Ibs within 5 weeks, which seems about right. Do what you think is best for you at this stage. You are right, you can shed the rest off by joining SW or WW, good luck:D
