Day 1 so far and a Q about Sliced Meat and Quinoa?!

Well People,
Day 1 of my Dukan Diet is going well! HAd Galette with Smoked salmon and cottage cheese for breakfast. Turkey Meatballs with a herb yoghurt dip, all homemade, for lunch. Followed by a mullerlight. For my mid afternoon snack I had crabstick and sliced turkey and 1.5l of water so far too! Is this too much?:eek:

Im wondering what sliced meat people on here eat? I bought the tesco light choice sbut on checking the ingredients it contains sodium and caramilised sugar syrup?:confused::confused::confused:

Also what stage is quinoa allowed if at all, I believed that it was more protein than carb?:confused:

I'm afraid cooked quinoa is 21% carbohydrate, which is too high for Dukan
 
Its good to avoid prepackaged meats other than for emergencies, as they do slip nasties in there.

Conso for quinoa.
 
Roast up a joint and slice :)
 
Or a whole chicken!
 
I haven't been able to roast a chicken or a joint this week. I would have eaten the skin. (and probably left the meat:rolleyes:)
