im walking the south downs, for two hours a day and doing red plan, and a few days speed soup, im so happy,
 
I only do red days too. I['m averaging 2lb a week at the moment which I'm happy with.

Can I ask how you make your speed soup as usually it contains beans etc which we cannot have on red. Also does it actually taste nice?
 
speed soup, i use cellary, red onion, white onion, garlic, chillie, mushrooms, courgettes, carrots, and either quorn peices ... or chicken breasts, its really nice hot and spicy :)

So you just cook it all and then blend it?

Sounds easy enough I might give it a go. Can you give me any ideas of quantities of stuff that you put in? Will make a nice change to chicken salad which I tend to have everyday!!
 
No i have it chunky
just like a big soup, leave it all in a pot, and slow cook, yummie

I have 5sticks cellary
5 carrots
2 red onions
2 white onions
whole pot mushrooms
lazy garlic
chilly power
3 courgettes
anything on speed list that takes your fancy, i
steam the chicken breast and add when veg nearly done, its great the next day, all spicy x
