Switching from LL

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know I am switching to exante working Solution rather than lite. LLL was working out too expensive even with only budgeting for 1 meal a day. Just to say thanks for all your help and advice the last month it's been invaluable! I'll be dipping back into the forum every now and again too as these forums are so good!

Hiya! Actually am surprised as the shakes taste way nicer and much creamier. I just ordered the shake box. The bars are also really nice and not as tempting as the LL ones - which for me were like actual choccie bar replacements. These are more like big rice crispy cake things with orange or choc in.

I have been having the odd meal here and there as I got Ill so my weight hasn't come down. But it hasn't gone up either! Back on all shakes this week now I have my energy back.

The shakes are really filling and with even having a low carb 150cal meal every now and again some days I only manage one or two shakes as I am full.

Would def recommend it - you just need to be super disciplined. I've been nibbling and sugary treats and justifying it telling myself it's ok as ive had nothing for months. Hence putting my foot down as i used to think like that before I started LL and cracking back on with all shakes to get the last 2 stone off.

If you can be disciplined with yourself I would say go for it as it's no different and you save a fortune xxx

No thank you that is really helpful!! I took the plunge and told my LLC I'm switching and ordered my bumper pack which will come tuesday so will be interesting to see how it compares.
