Is sugar free chewing gum allowed on refeed? And how about vinegar? X

i know balsamic vinegar is allowed, thats what i'm planning on using but not sure about the chewing gum sorry x

I dont think, Sugar free chewing gum is allowed, not quite sure there

That's strange as when I was refeeding it wasn't allowed neither were mints as they are quite high in carbs.
