Just had a lovely breakfast brunch and really wanted oatcakes but couldn't find out syn amount so didn't have any boo cause love them so much :-(

They are the big pancake type oatcake that you get from an oatcake shop (so very thin) and not the fat cardboard ones you can get from tescos up here in Staffordshire yuk

If anybody could help me so I know for further reference it would be fab thanks

Ps the ones I got were medium big aunt sarahs oatcakes up here in trentham, Stoke on Trent

X

Hello! I live in burslem at the min and LOVE oatcakes! I don't know the exact syn value but would love one with quorn sausage, cheese and tomato! Sorry I'm no help but just thought I'd share my oatcake love! Haha

Awww hello :) no it's lovely to meet someone on here who lives in my area :)

My mum said they were only 2 syn each but she's usually gets it wrong :) so just want to double check haha x

Yeahevery house should have them! I'd never even heard of them as I'm from manchester! But I now have to freeze them and bring them up for my mum! Hehe I'd prob guess about 6 or 7 but wouldn't like to say!

Me too as I am from Wales. But my mum met a guy (now my step dad) and used to bring them back down with her when I was about 12 so loved them before I even moved up here. :)

They make a full English breakfast that's for sure xx

Hiya

I know when i recently had some oatcakes ( the big pancake ones) they were 6 syns each!
The 2 syn oatcakes are more like crackerbreads, not proper oatcakes!!!!

Definitely worth 6 syns i think!
