Help needef on EE Plan....

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help as I am very confused with the EE day's... I always stick to green days but it seems that people tend to have better weight loss on EE, the thing is i can't get my head round it. Is it basically you drop a healthy A and B, but can eat all free foods as long as 1/3 plate super free. My question is....on the green plan If i fancied a snack I would have rice pudding (pudding rice and muller light) or a mug shot, If I was follwing the EE plan are you still able to snack on these?? And if so do you have to have a load of fruit or super food with it? Thanks from a very confused member!!

That's the basics of it.

However on EE you should make superfree foods your first choice for snacks rather than free foods. That's not to say you can't do it occasionally but I would not do it on a regular basis. I wouldn't call SW rice pudding or a mugshot a snack personally.

I am on my first week (WI tomorrow!) and have been doing EE and I am not getting on with it and dont feel like I have lost any weight and I am not looking forward to tomorrow...I think I will change to Red/Green days after WI...

You need to give any plan at least 4 weeks before deciding it is not working. Good luck with your weigh-in - you may well be surprised!

I did EE the first few weeks and yes I lost but last week I did mostly greens and I lost 5lbs!!

I was going to do EE today so I could have potatoes with my dinner (I'm on Red today) but the thought of giving up my 4 HE's made me change my mind! I love having 2 of each and don't really think I could go back to EE. Swap about and see which you prefer, Red is good but Green fills me more on saying that i'm Red today and i've hardly gone hungry, I find if I have toast in the mornings it fills me longer!

thanks - will see what the scales say tomorrow - I went to the gym this morning and have been very good today - but I am soooo hungry...am trying to hold out until dinner....but I am craving chocolate!!! lol!!

Its not that I have been bad - just not sure I am eating enough of the 1/3 super foods... and have been to a few BBQ - have had no bread - but hard to syn burger and sausages when not at home!

Also it is 1/2 term so with 3 kids around hard to stay focused!!

But you should never be starving on SW! There's absolutely no need and it's actually counter productive as depriving yourself make you more likely to overindulge.

don't ever go hungry on sw, can you not grab a piece of fruit, or have a yogurt.?
