enough veg??

i don't seem to have lost much in the last few days (not put on tho!) nothing has pssed my lips that shouldn't have,although i haven't eaten much veg,will this stop me losing???

Are you drinking enough water?
You should really be having three mugs of veg a day. It really does help and it keeps your energy up.
