I fed back to LL that they really should work out a way to do a subsidised version of this...

I wonder if you calculated what you spend on food/drink in a week whether you would find that the cost of CD would be fairly similar to what you actually spend anyway...

You could save up a tenner a week until Christmas and then you'd have enough money to take a good run at the first 6-8 weeks of CD in the new year - or maybe ask friends and family to sponsor you for different weeks of the programme...

Also I wonder if Lipotrim is an option for you - I don;t know the costs involved, I'm afraid.

Hi Annie,

Would definately advocate, as Cerulean says, sitting down and working out honestly what you spend on food. I'm also a student though postgrad and I live on a stipend. I was amazed when I worked out what I spent weekly on food - £15 on lunches alone! Lighterlife has proved too expensive for me so I'm off to Cambridge as this fits in much more with what I would have spent on food.

Once you have worked out how much you spend on food you may realise you have more money than you thought and you could go ahead.

Hope you find a way if its something you really want to do! Keep us posted,

Kerrie x
