probabaly not the exactly what your after, but i made my own vanilla and blueberry one the other day (syn free) you could just change blueberrys for rasiens?
250g quark
2 tbs vanillia essance/flavouring
2 tsp granulated sweetner
2 eggs (seperated)
1 sachet geletine
mix quark, vanilia and sweetner well
Make up gelitine with a small amount of boiling water,
Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks
Mix the geletine into the cheese mix very well then fold in the egg whites and blueberrys
Place into a sutible dish and refrigerate till set
