very saggy upper arms

Hi everyone, my story goes like this. my husband and i are dancers and although i'm only 1 stone overweight i noticed i was getting bingo wings am 52, so treat myself to vaser lipo and was promised excellent results the results are horendous arms very little bingo wing but very saggy wrinkly dimpled skin by which i am highly embarrased, have read almost everything online and am now starting on dry skin brushing followed by using either bio oil or emu oil, and started using light weights, and wished i'd never gone for liposuction any tips to help sort the problem would be great good luck to all of you, from a cardigan 3/4 sleeved wearing lady,has anyone else had a similar experience with lipo
