Spring Challenge!
Is it ok to return and join you guys here in the healthy eating forum?... I have had a rocky couple of months, but today I am determined to restart and continue for the better. My plan for today:

Breakfast - Oatbran porridge made with skimmed milk & Coffee
Lunch - 100g cottage cheese, half tin of tuna in water, muller light yogurt
Dinner - 250g chicken breast with quark and paprika

I will also aim to do 3/4 50 minute workouts per week - probably in the form of an exercise DVD. Maybe Natalie Cassidy or Hannah Waterman or Fat to Fab.
