Humidifier?

Anyone help me out with this?
I live in a hot country, with a relativly hight humidity in the summer. Should I still be running the humidifier or am I putting too much moisture into the air??

If you mean regarding the environment. I make changes where I can. So for you if there is an alternative, yes, stop using the humidifier; if there isn't your health & well being come first so keep using it & stop worrying.
