When is 810 not 810? (And the surprising best thing about 810)

So - you know me, I like a bit of maths. So - answer me this...I thought 810 was 810 so that you go over the VLCD threshold...Only, if you eat the recommended bits and bats to the letter, there is no way in Betsey I have even scraped 790 calories.

My packs come to about 460 for the day cos I'm a bar eater. If you have 2 large eggs at about 80-90cals each and 120 cals of dairy, you would need to eat about 4 times the recommended veg to take yourself over the VLCD threshold!

Just a bit of fun...but that's why I'm not going to slap myself for the sneaky extra 4 spears of asparagus I had tonight

On a potentially TMI note, my favourite thing about 810 so far is not, surprisingly, the food - it is lovely to have full and normal er - "bottom function" restored rather than hoping something turns up every 2-3 days. :D

Shouldn't that be 'drops down' rather than 'turns up'? :D :D :D

Glad 810 (or even 790) is working so well for you hunni!

I like 810 and the reason y is that u can have loads of prawns lol.

My last 810 weigh in I lost 5 lbs.. I am looking forward to be back on 810 on Sunday.. Enjoy x

I was like 'ALL THESE PRAWNS? FOR ME?' :)

Lily - With me it's like 'It's been 3 days - are you going to make an appearance today?' so in my case it's 'turns up' :D
