Hello all, I have been thinking I need to get back onto a diet for about a month now. Have a holiday next week so was thinking I will start the day after I return.
I have successfully lost weight with both weight watchers and slimfast in the past, I am thinking I will come back to weight watchers this time.
I'm planning to do my shopping online as it will most likely save me money and help me eat healthier as I wont be tempted in the supermarket to buy junk.
Anyone have any suggestions of ww friendly food from ASDA as this is where I will be doing my shop from.
