I love Cha Han from Wagamama, is anyone able to help me work out the syns?
I found on the internet that there are 400 calories in a standard serving, so that would be 20 syns but i'm guessing some of the things would be free and not syned i.e. rice on Extra Easy, Vegetables on EE and the chicken & Prawns So really it would be the pickles, any oils and the miso soup
