I was just wondering when it would be ok to go back to exercising. Although I'm a big girl, I normally do 2 2hr exercise classes every week, and although have cancelled them this week,I am now in ketosis (checked with ketostix this am) and have woken up with a wanting to go to the gym. I love the endorphin rush after class.
Can anyone shed any light on when I can go as have been told all of the following
1, u can't exercise on VLCD
2, u have to wait 2 weeks before u exercise
3, u can go when u feel up to it
Please tell me which is right
