Cereals & breakfast

Hey my partner rushes off to work in the mornings so we need cereals he can grab & go or something else!

Which cereals are free or HEB ?

2 Alpen light bars = 1hexb
1 Oat bars = 1hexb
Aldi do some bars which are hexb but I can't remember which they are:cool:

I bought a couple of the Aldi ones yesterday as I read on here they are two for an HXb. They're Harvest Morn 'Less than 70 Calories' and I bought Summer Fruit and Chocolate Orange. They cost £1.29 a box of 6. Ooh! I think I need to try one. Now. :)

Later report: well I tried one of each (purely in the interests of research, of course) and found they were both quite zingy but rather too sweet for my taste, so will probably keep them for an emergency snack, like cinema visits! I much prefer the Slimming World HXb flapjack recipe which I've made a couple of times;I find those hit all the right spots.....

Thanks I will pop and get sum for my oh as he would probably like them! And I need to try recipe for those bars as it's cheaper and better to make your own! Will have a look online!

Have just made some of the flapjacks - haven't tried them yet as they have only been out of the oven a few minutes but looking forward to trying one shortly. The recipe for the flapjacks are in the Recipe section at the top of the page.

I found the Aldi ones too sweet, in fact when I was eating them I went online to check I was eating the correct ones.

I didn't know there was a hexb receipe for flapjacks, will def have to check that out:D
