Hi everyone, just need to vent!!!
I know ur gonna say a loss is a loss and onwards and downwards etc but im v annoyed. Stuck to the plan religiously and walked 35 miles over the week and todays weigh in had me down 3lbs. Yip thats good but I just expected a lot more! Its two weeks back on plan and im down 6lbs, compared to jan when i went back on plan and had 11lbs off in the same period!!! Just putting in so much work and expected a nice boost in the first few weeks. Motivation has hit an all time low and I even had a nap there which I never do!! Anywho cheers for listening. END OF RANT!

It's still a good loss. Keep at it.

Afraid to say, but each time you re start a diet the results will be lower than previous attempts because it's simply less of a shock to your body.
But 3lbs is nothing to be sniffed at! as you're so close to healthy BMI a steady loss of 0.5lbs is what's expected, and believe me-the slower it comes off the more likely it is to stay gone!!
keep going x

Dont scare me sayin 0.5 a week!!!! But thanks for the support:D

sorry :D :D :D but without being boring it's the healthy way without losing just muscle or water! fat cells are pesky little ******* and they like to make sure they are really not wanted before they are prepared to shrink ;)

Hiya, Im going through the same thing but worse lol. This is about my fifth go at weightwatchers always starting at the same weight 12 stone, this is when i think enoughs enough and knuckle down.
On all previous attempts i never exercised at all, and lost 2-3lb a week which was great.
This time i bought a treadmill walk at least 40 miles per week and look at my pathetic losses :(
Week 1 - 3 3/4 lbs
Week 2 - 1/2 lb
Week 3 - 1/2 lb
Week 4 - 1 1/4 lbs
Week 5 - 3 lbs
Week 6 + 2 3/4lbs *cry* think water retention though totm

I follow the diet to the letter never ever cheat so its very disheartening, but im trying to stay possitive and know that my legs are definately firming up and jeans alot looser. So though its not really showing on the scales i know the exercising is helping.
I look at this as a change in lifestyle im sure i will get to goal eventually.

I think 6lbs in 2 weeks is really good going so keep it up hun !!!
