tuesday 31/5 - 22points

40g low fat pate-2

lunch: small wholemeal roll-2.5
spicy chicken breast-3

snack: ww oaty mini choc chip cookies-1.5

dinner: 75g fusilli pasta-3
cheese & bacon pasta sauce-1.5
25g low fat cheddar-2

snack: cadbury's light choc mousse-1

total daily points: 18/22
total weekly points:18/154

good first day, but will try and leave more points for snacks, i think

edit: turns out i was calculating points wrong (ooooppsie!) so have amended my mistakes x

hi...are you sure you are doing discover as the points suggest propoints???
 
well i'm using an online calculator thats title 'old points' so i hope so ;) just worked out my dinner for later (ww ready meal) and the packet says 7 propoints and the calculator worked it out at 5 points so i think it's right! any other recommendations would be gratefully received though.........don't want to be cheating myself out of food!!!

dinner: mexican chicken breast-3
salad and salad cream - 0.5

snack: ww caramel wafer-1.5
cadbury's light choc mousse-1

total daily points:17/22
total weekly points: 35/154

A little low i think but not been hungry! at least i've got room for a sneaky nibble later :)

lunch:mini cod fillet salad and french dressing-7

dinner: 2 slices wholemeal toast-3
40g low fat brussels pate-2

supper: small portion sweet and sour chicken-3.5
(mostly veg!)

total daily points:19/22
total weekly points: 54/154

some guesstimation today because ate out but tried to over point rather than under :)
 
that menu sounds yummy, keep it up :)
