3rd Time Starting

Well this is the 3rd time I am back to try and lose 6st. 1st time, July 2010, lost 3st in 6 weeks, 2nd time, March 2011, lost 2st in 2 weeks, and have now put it all back on again.
I fully intend to lose the 6st this time, no matter how long it takes and to keep it off. Sick of being uncomfortable and in pain all the time.

wow that was some seriously fast weight loss. Anyway, welcome back, you'll reach your final goal this time. I'm doing exactly the same, i lose weight but never make it to goal, but am determined this time ;).

Nice attitude there - I know where you are coming from but have not quite got the same urge at the moment. I lost loads on Lipotrim and put it all back on, feel the same as you in that I am fed up of being uncomfortable but just cannot get my head in quite the right place.

Good luck I am sure that you will do it this time :)

Thanks, yeah I tend to lose a lot fast then flatten out to between 4lbs - 6lbs a week. I never learn though, I have had knee replacements and shoulder ops and you would think I would know that being over weight would hurt, but no, I love ice cream to much.Well this time has to be different.

Good for you - I am sure that you will do brilliantly :)

welcome back and good luck! :)
