Does anyone know off the top of their head, how much low fat spread I can have as my HEXA on EE?

What sort of spread? Cheese spread? It depends on the brand AFAIK

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it counts..? Hexa's are about getting calcium and I don't think they qualify as having enough x

It would be great if it was as I hate using my syns on it but can't stand the taste of dry toast haha! Xx
