The Deli counter on a red day

Morning,Does anyone know any meats from say Morrisons or Asda fresh from the Deli that are low or free on a red day?

I have recently been buying loads just wanna make sure Im not slipping into bad habits

I believe you are safe with anything that isn't reformed meat and I think the little info tags have to tell you if they are reformed cuts.

What sort of stuff do you normally buy?

Beef and Turkey....When I fancy a Takeaway I buy about £6 in Moneys worth of cooked beef seems like a treat and no cooking involved.

Doesn't seem to be affecting losses
