glad i didnt cave!

oh my word i was hungry last night! wanted anything and everything....

did i cave.. NOPE and im so proud of myself now!official weigh in tomorrow at 10.30am and cant wait

i did sneaky weigh this morning and ive lost another l.5lb!!

if i ever decided i need to eat again, i wont be...i love this feeling!
