Physically, if you follow the steps and then eat a normal healthy diet with exercise afterwards, then there is no reason that you should gain the weight back. It's the mental side that's the problem. The majority of us on here have been here before and thought wed cracked it, but just becuase we suceeded on CD didn't mean that we have resolved the issues that made us overweight in the first place. If you want to keep the weight off I suggest you really try to figure out the mental side of things. If you manage to, please let me know how
