MALT LOAF /FRUIT LOAF GI?

Hi Missjam,
The only ones that have been tested are:
Burgen Fruit Loaf GI 44
Burgen Fruit and Museli loaf GI 53
'Finest' (this is Sainsbury's isn't it?) Fruit and Cinnamon Bread GI 71- so not so good.
Generic malf loaf GI 59.

Whoops, just googled it - 'Finest' is the posh Tesco own-brand not Sainsbury's
