I want to blend a fresh pineapple to make some ice lollies,but wondered if I would have to syn them?????

just freeze the pineapple in strips /chunks and it makes lovely stick free lollies and syn free. You can do it with mango and grapes as well.

Mmm I love the frozen grapes, take ages to eat and taste really different!
