It sound quite intense, but people on here do recommend it. I think you can buy it on Amazon.
it's a workout dvd with 3 levels, so you do 10 days of level 1, strenght, cardio and abs, repeated 3 times. then 10 days of level 2, and then 10 days at level 3!
simple as that....apart from i'm only on day 5 and i'm walking like i have intimate knowledge of a cactus!
