11 lbs of this week ??

hi everyone , want to ask a question regarding my weight loss this week. So my weigh in was on Saturday and i have lost 11 lbs this week

. So thats near 2 stone in a month

. I couldnt get over it and i am really pleased but i feel that maybe the chemist was wrong, only because ive never heard of such a big drop in week 3! I checked on my scales at home and im the same weight as the chemist said but my clothes arent exactly getting any looser which after 2st coming off i expected. Anyone ever have this much weight loss this early in, not including the 1st week? x

I think in your first few weeks, it's mostly glycogen and water ( which are heavy )hence such a sharp drop in weight. Some people lose more than a stone on their first weigh in, just depends how much you had to lose initially.
I think you will start seeing the change in inches soon, I wouldn't worry, just keep at it, you will get the results.

I wouldn't worry too much, so long as you're having your shakes for nutrition then you'll be fine.

I'm guessing the chemist thought it was ok

I know where u r coming from with clothes not showing much difference, I lost nearly 3 stone last time I was on Lipotrim and was only then I actually dropped a dress size, however with the next stone I dropped another dress size. Would say stick with it and u will notice the change x

Thanks again for your positive comments. Just can't wait to start buying smaller sizes and seeing the difference myself. Hope you are all getting on well

By losing nearly 2 stones you have shown a real determination, time will soon come when you will slide in smaller sizes. Happy Days!
