A technical question - Inbox/PM

Hello

Can you help? My PM box is full and I thought that the PM box was different to my inbox. I emptied my inbox and created a new folder and moved all my messages over there. But my profile says my PM box is now 100% full.

Doh!

Is there anywhere to save old messages or, once you've reached your max, must you let them go?!

I'd really appreciate some help, as I feel totally thick right now!

If you scroll down towards the bottom, it says
Download all Private Messages as:
XML | CSV | Text

I save mine as text and save it in my documents.

You can then delete them by ticking the box as the top (total messages) or daily/individually.

Don't forget to go to the 'sent' messages too and delete those.
