Got on the scales this morning (as you can probably tell I am a compulsive weigher) and I am down to 207.2lbs which means I now have less to lose than I have already loss.

Am pretty sure my birthday is gonna throw a spanner into all of that but for now I am very happy.:D

ooh I'm really pleased for you.

Do you know yet what your plans are for your birthday? As you're calorie counting, you could theoretically start "saving" calories from today for your evening Friday... (and try not to make it an all weekend thing, if you can help it).

If you're out for a meal, do you like Japanese food? Or make good choices at Chinese or Indian restaurants? (I find it hard to make good choices with French or Italian cuisine, as the alternatives are too tempting for me!).

Question for you - as you've been so successful at calorie counting, which really isn't depriving oneself at all if you make good food choices, have you changed your mind about going the VLCD route after your holiday?

I think I am still gonna go down the cambridge diet way once i get back off holiday will not be able to start though till the middle of october so will do a couple of weeks after i get back of calorie counting carb cutting to prepare at least i know now that I can cut out rubbish food.

Am probably not going to be going out for dinner on my birthday am having a party on friday night so will stick to vodka and diet coke, and think i am going clubbing on the sunday night will have to make sure I do a divert pass the kebab shop though. mmmmmmmmmm

congratulations on your weight loss milestone! Thats fantastic, well done

Cheers hun

I know i have a long way to go till my overall target of about 165lbs. As long as i don't go crazy on my holiday am hoping to still be round the 197(if i get there) when i get back so hopefully 2 and a half stone on the camridge diet should be done by christmas and am then gonna use the unit diet to maintain.
