2weeks till i start

ok so ive done LT before n lost 4.5st ive been off it for 2years and put bout a st bk on so im now ready to start again and a friend told me about exante so ive been reading how some of you have been doing and with amazing results i can not wait to get started im wishing the next 2weeks away. i was just wanting to know do you all do the food week or not as i dnt knw if i fancy coming of for a food week id be worried itd set me of with wanting to eat more. hope your all well xx
