i'm being taken to Taybarns for my birthday this week (gulps)
i've 2 danger areas, the pizzas and the desert bar (apple crumble with cream and carrot cake)
goin to start off with salad and load up with chicken and prawn kebabs and 1 piece of pizza and then i'l probably have the carvery with loads of veg. hopefully i'll be too stuffed to keep going back to the sweet counter, oh and i'll get a bottomless glass and have diet pepsi.
then i'll stay to my points and work hard in the gym and on my wii. going the day after weigh in so i've got plenty time to shift it.
usually when i plan i do ok, but this is the first time with this sort of temptation.
what do you think?
