Yes. There are no shades of grey with ketosis - you're either in it or you're out of it. The shade of pink is purely to do with the concentration of ketones in your wee - the darker it is, the more ketones are in it. More ketones isn't better - it just means more ketones LOL.

So you definitely are a mean fat-burning machine today.
