Eyup, I'm back again. It's now only 3 weeks until my sister's wedding. I've decided to shake up my weight loss a bit by doing simple solutions. Partly to use up the exante stuff in my cupboard and because I really, really want to shift 6lb before then. I've ordered the 30 day shred too so that should come later this week.
The good news that I'm not waiting til tomorrow for official weigh in to tell is that I have now lost 50lb It's been the same 3 days running, a little bit under this morning, so I can now believe it. the 6lb would take me up to 4 stones lost.
I have a hen night to figure into it too, which is going to be harder. I'm half hoping to be working on that day so I miss the meal part which will make it easier. I don't want to go TS as I had such a long plateau afterwards that it was really disheartening. So not looking to get into ketosis, just looking to reduce my cals a bit. I'm also going to point it as I'm doing WW at the moment. Though I think I'm going to stop my membership after this month as I've got the hang of it and I'm not really getting anything out of the meetings other than a giant sales pitch.
