Returning to Cambridge Tomorrow

Hi, I'll be 41 in August and after losing and then regaining 4.5 stones over the last 18 months, I plan to start the Cambridge Diet once again in the morning. I'd love to hear from anyone who has been through the same and if they've had success second time around.

Hi I lost 5st 10lbs last year on Lighter Life but have put 2 stone back on so I've got an appointment on Thurs evening to start Cambridge on Friday. I'd like to lose 3stone. Loads of luck to you! I'm sure we'll do it this time.
