Have been doing cambridge for years and yes it worked but all back on again, have made so many attempts over the years but just can do it anymore.
I feel tired, lack energy and just fed up.
I ned something where i can eat lots of fruit & veg, quorn, white fish, sometime chicken
and very seldom, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc
but.....
i ate the though of weighing stuff and making fancy stuff...... i liked cambridge for the easiness of it but bored and felt deprived.
ehere do i start? have tried reading through all the boards but confused if i should following a 'plan' or get away with a healthy eating plan
