I am on Cambridge - which is around £35 per week.

There are a lot of people who have switched from LL to Cambridge mainly because of the price but also because the Cambridge shakes taste much better, apparently!!

I have been on Cambridge Sole Source for four weeks and have lost 32 pounds in those four weeks.

I can highly recommend it.

Yes I totally agree with cute n quirky.
Cd rocks

There is a long thread about Weight Matters on the Cambridge part of minimins.

question for cute"n"quirky

That is an amazing amount of weight to lose in 4 weeks, did you have loads to lose to start off with? Reading stuff like yours is really motivating. I have hit a blib - had a rough weekend eating and now can't seem to get my head around re-starting again, I was doing so well, was in ketosis and blew it. It is now Tuesday and I have friends coming to lunch on Thursday so wondering if it would be best to re-start on Friday without any disruptions.................any advice?

In your shoes, I'd do 790 at least until after your friends have been. In fact, if you're finding SSing difficult to cope with, 790 is a really good option permenantly because you can have a tasty meal every day and STILL lose about 12lb a month.

For your lunch on Thurs, I'd stick to low carb ... some nice lean chicken breast and a leafy salad would be good.
You can have the best of both worlds! :D
