Hey, I'm hoping to lose 3 stone and slimming world looks like the way forward!
Recently had two babies very close together and put on the 3 stone :-(

Here is day 1:

Breakfast
Tea and 2 sugars with milk from (a)
Quorn sausage, 2 eggs fried in frylight and 1 piece wholemeal toast (b)

Lunch:
Salad with boiled eggs and 1 spoon extra light Mayo (1/2 syn)
Banana

Tea 2 sugar and milk (a)

Dinner:
Chilli, salad and boiled rice

Banana milkshake (rest of a) and 4 syn

Snack beetroot

Syns- 4.5

Not sure what the total is including tea?

Please help me out by pointing out any mistakes or what I could do to make this better day! Thanks

Hey hun :D

Well I have only been doing this for 3 weeks myself but all looks good to me so far. Your sugar is 1 syn per level tsp as far as I am aware, so you have had 4 altogether there.

Also aslong as you Chilli was Extra Lean Mince/Quorn mince and you made your own sauce with no syn values then you had 8.5 for the day, which is fine :)
 
Thanks that's encouraging and I think I'll swap my sugar for something else that's free!

I'm starting strictly from today so need to post my food diary tonight!

I have only been (back) on plan for a week, but it looks ok to me. I have also just started a Food Diary as I really want to lose this weight, also gained through having babies lol x

I want to lose between 3-4stone (until I feel comfortable) We can do this together xx

Okay so Monday 30th May (day1)

Breakfast
2 tea with milk (HEA) & 4 sugar = 4syn
Banana & 2 strawberries

Lunch
Ham salad with 1 spoon extra light Mayo = 1/2 syn
banana
Milkshake (1spoon) = 1syn & HEA

Dinner
Stirfry veg with soy sauce fried rice in frylight.

Snack
Toast and marmite (HEB) butter =1syn

Total syn - 6.5
 
Day 2
Tuesday 31st may

Breakfast
1 toast marmite butter - hb and 1 syn
Tea and sugar - 1syn

Lunch
Yoo yoghurt 2.5 syn
Grapes
Ham salad
Tea sweetener

Dinner
Halloumi 3syn
Pork veg kebabs
Cous Cous 0.5
Weak milkshake use up milk -1 syn

Total syn - 9
 
Wednesday 1 June

Breaky
Beans and 2 quorn sausage on toast
Yoghurt 2.5 syn

Lunch
Ham spring onion boiled rice in soy sauce & lettuce
Banana

Dinner
Pasta in passata, veg, bacon

Diet coke & Halloumi as snack 3syn

HEA milk in tea
HEB 2 wholemeal bread

Total syn -5.5

Hoping this is all good!!
