Nutritional values in Nut Fudge Bar?...

Hey all!

Just a bit of a favour to ask really...

I don't have the bars at the moment as having a little break from them, so haven't got one to hand to have a look at...

So, was wondering if any of you have a Nut Fudge bar near you... could you tell me what it says in the Nutritional Info re the protein and carb quantities per bar? Plus, um, the calories... and maybe the fibre?

Just want to compare it to the shakes 'values'...

Protein 14.8g
Carbs 21.3g (of which sugars 18.3g)
Calories 179
Fibre 2.9g

Hey LT... yeah, was thinking about having some when I go away 2nd week in June... as it'll be so convenient when camping, to have bars at the ready...

As you know, I don't tend to get them as find them too tempting, but so close to RTM, I need to get a grip on such things really!

I love the nut fudge bars but the cals are almost 2 fun size snickers bars...so may officially not be in love with them as much as before! I try to keep the bars to weigh in night as I wouldn't eat a bar of choc every day xx

I do love them too.. Im not a chocolate fan really im more chewy sweets person but i look forward to mine now and i think its more of a convenience for my breakfast, well that and ive exhausted all the other packs lol. But yes hun, like LadyT said itll be good to start getting things in control before RTM and im sure youll do it, we know you can hun . xx
