carrot and cumin soup

i was fed up with carrot and corriander
onion
12 carrots
1 pt veg or chicken stock
2 tsp cumin
tsp fresh corriander
chop onions and carrots
colour onion in fry light add carrots and cumin, stir until coated
add hot stock cook until vegetatbles are soft add corriander and blend easy and very yummy!

sounds good just discovered cumin myself never bought it b4 slimming world and love it in curry's and falafel will try this one mmmmm :flirt2:
