Do you 'look' your weight?

What I mean by this is for example, no one believes me when I tell them I started at 15st 8.25lbs on CD. And now when I tell them I still have 28lbs left to loose they all tell me I'll look ill etc etc...but actually that only takes me into the higher range of my healthy BMI (24.8 I think)

Just curious really...any thoughts? xx

Unfortunately, yes, I do look my weight if not heavier pmsl. I'm only 5ft and 11st 10lbs with massive boobs! Even when I was 8st 7lbs I was quite curvey (still had big boobs) so always looked heavier especially roud the torso area. I realise now though looking back at old photo's I was a nice size I just wish I had little fried eggs to make me look in proportion lol.

I look alot bigger, like pineapplehead (feel sill calling you that lol!) I am only 5ft ish and have huge boobs! So even though I'm in the 9 stones I still look overweight and feel it, which is why I want to drop to such a low weight as altho my BMI will only be around 20 at ideal weight, I think I'll be much healthier than currently at a higher (altho still 'healthy') BMI

:)

No I've been told I don't. I carry my weight pretty evenly. It goes on everywhere and comes off everywhere.
My mother nearly fell off her chair when I told her what my starting weight was. She actually didn't believe I was 16st. I suppose that makes me quite lucky:)

That's the same with me. I'm 5'3 and 8 and a half stone now and still have this crazy idea in my head that I'm "fat". I only just realised the other day why I think this - because my 34E bust makes me look like a block from the waist up! It's also annoying because I'm technically a size 8/10t, but my chest measurements bring me up to a size 16. So it's a rock and a hard place when buying a fitted shirt. Have it strained at the bust, but fitting everywhere else like my arms and tummy or have it fitting at the bust but gaping like a tent everywhere else!

i'm the same as you hun people always say you don't look that and when i say i have 20 more pound to lose they look at me odd. but i am in my 12's now and when i tell people that i get a look of no your not so can't win lol.

I carry weight pretty well. I am very big built naturally and very muscular. At 15 stone, I am 'Slim'. At my current weight, I am 'chubby'

Me too I have always carried my weight well I started out just under 18st and I'm 5ft 3, just under 13st now and happily in size 14 on the bottom and 10/12 on top and i got another 3 stone to go! Think with us girls its definatly more about the inch loss than the actual weight loss I look smaller than i weigh, so I guess when your comfortable in a size clothing then the weight side of it doesn't really matter that much anymore and its time to go on to maintenance?? Not sure i'll get to my target of 10 st think i'l e more than happy around 11 ish

keep going everyone

I'm 15stone1 currently in size 16 clothes top and bottom :) i dont think i look my weight and aim to get down to around 11stone ans a small size 12, i dont think i'd suit being any smaller as i have a medium build - i exercise and eat healthily a plan which is typically high GI as when i exercise i need slow release energy :) i go out for a nice pub meal every two weeks as a treat, my last weightlosses for the last five weeks have been 5,4,2,2,3 which i think is pretty good considering I am eating around 1500cals a day, but i do exercise everyday and walk loads so a lot of hard work!
